What E.S. had to say about her 10 year old girl...

"What a difference!

In case you are wondering if you have an impact...M. came home and told me how she will be switching from an occasional candy treat to chocolate... because it has things like milk in it. She also went to bed describing how healthy people need their rest.

She was so thrilled to share her handout and tell me all about the things she learned! You did great!

The kids really heard the message and I believe it had a great impact. A. was hoping he could hire you to come speak to his soccer team (girls ages 10) in the fall.

Thanks again for spreading the word and making these girls feel like they have choices."

Comments from parent of M.F.

“It is an important and wonderful program. It engages the whole family.”

“The TRIM KIDS book really opened my eyes to how (it) happens (metabolism, weight gain…”

“I learned that the pattern of when and where the eating takes place (later in the day, in front of the TV) has a big impact on weight”.

“I have several friends who could use the information and support to raise their kids’ nutritional awareness and overall health.  I’m on a mission."
— from S.E. parent of 7 yr. old girl, and 9 yr. old boy.
